Los Ombues waterfowl program offers a level of sophistication and convenience unrivalled in Argentina and globally. Located just minutes from the main lodge, literally down below our garden, our private marshes provide the ultimate setting for discerning sportsmen and the most demanding wingshooters.
Los Ombues is the only lodge in the world offering the ability to shoot DUCKS, PERDÍZ, and high-volume DOVES all in the same day, and all within a short few minutes from the lodge.
Our blinds, often visible from the lodge itself, are strategically positioned over decoys dotted along our vast private wetlands. Here, you will encounter unique Southern Hemisphere species, including some great Teal specimens, and the highly-prized Rosy-Billed Pochard, our local superstar.
With the assistance of our expert guides—who were born and raised in this same area, and who have managed our hunts for over 30 years—our guests enjoy an elite waterfowl experience. When combined with Perdiz and Dove hunts on the very same day, this creates a five-star mixed-bag experience that is simply unparalleled worldwide.

Perdiz Hunt
Perdiz (spotted tinamou) hunt at mid-to-late morning, sometimes even at walking distance from the house. But always a rejuvenating walk along our landscape dotted with the famous Ombu trees, and with well-trained dogs.
Afternoon: Doves

Gourmet lunch always back at the comfort of the lodge, cooked with excellence and class, served with passion and a smile!

Leisure
Spare time before the Doves: siesta in your suite, or reading a book, or fishing for piranhas and small dorados, or going for a run/walk, or working out in the gym.

High-Volume Dove Hunting very near the lodge (90% of the time, only a short drive 5–25 minutes away).
